Returns
You have 14 calendar days to request a return from the date you receive your order.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Custom‑made items are non‑returnable.

Return Process
To start a return, please contact us at timmydiyshop1@gmail.com with your order number.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for non‑defective items.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned goods, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed, and funds will be automatically returned to your original payment method within 5‑10 business days.

Damaged & Defective Goods
If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days upon receipt with photos of the product. We will arrange replacement or full refund for defective items.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
